Return Eligibility & Conditions
To qualify for a refund, please ensure:
Your return request is made within 180 days of the delivery date.
All bottles, whether empty, opened, or unopened, are returned.
A note with your full name, email, and (optional) order ID is included in the return package.
The return shipping costs are covered by the customer, as we do not provide prepaid return labels.
Step-by-Step Refund Process
Step 1: Verify the Delivery Date
Check your tracking number on the carrier’s website to confirm when your order was delivered. The 180-day return window starts from the day your package was marked as delivered.
Step 2: Submit a Refund Request
Send an email to our customer support team, clearly stating that you are not satisfied with the product and would like to initiate a refund.
Make sure to include “Refund Request” in the subject line of your email so it gets prioritized.
Step 3: Return the Product
Ship all product bottles, regardless of whether they are used or unused.
Include a note inside the package with your full name, email, and (optional) order ID to help us identify and process your refund request promptly.

Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned package, we will process your refund within a few business days.
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your statement.
Additional Notes
Refunds are issued for the product purchase price only and do not include any shipping fees paid at the time of purchase.
If your return package is lost in transit, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure successful delivery.
Returns sent beyond the 180-day window will not be eligible for a refund.
